Job Overview:


We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. As an Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, renting, and letting properties. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with both clients and prospective buyers or tenants, negotiating deals, and providing a high standard of service throughout the property transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Lettings:

Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, providing expert guidance and advice throughout the process.

Property Valuation:

Conduct property appraisals and provide market advice to clients based on current trends and comparable property values.

Viewings:

Organise and conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants, highlighting key features and benefits of the properties.

Negotiations:

Act as an intermediary in negotiating offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to achieve the best outcomes for all parties.

Marketing:

Prepare property listings, including descriptions and photographs, for advertising on online platforms, in local media, and via social channels.

Client Relationships:

Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, offering a personal and professional service.

Administration:

Ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork, contracts, and other documentation related to sales, lettings, and purchases.

Compliance:

Stay updated on legal regulations related to property sales and lettings, ensuring all transactions are conducted in compliance with UK property law.

Market Knowledge:

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market, competitor offerings, and trends.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve company sales targets and objectives.

Requirements:



Experience:

Previous experience in estate agency is essential.

Qualifications:

A property-related qualification (e.g., NAEA, ARLA) is advantageous but not required.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation abilities. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Personal Attributes:

Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets. Customer-focused with a commitment to providing excellent service. Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (for property viewings and client meetings).
