Sales Advisor The Sales Advisor role is a great place for you to learn and develop ready to progress your career further in the property industry. Initially, you will be spending much of your time out in the local area to accompany viewings, whilst gaining an understanding of Estate Agency and the sales processes we have in place. Over time the role and your responsibilities will grow in line with your personal development programme and on the job training, to ensure you have all the knowledge, skills, and experience to meet the expected performance as a fully trained Sales Negotiator, managing your own book of clients and contributing to the success of your team and office. The Role \xc2\xb7 As a Sales Advisor, you will represent our business to a high standard when with clients in the office or out on viewings. \xc2\xb7 You will register clients, book and attend viewings and secure valuations along with Financial Services referrals. \xc2\xb7 You will be a natural "people" person, with exceptional communication skills, with the ability to confidently and quickly build relationships with clients both face-to-face and over the phone. \xc2\xb7 You will have drive, determination, and motivation to exceed targets set and contribute to team success.
