Estate Agent Assistant Sales Manager / Lister You will receive an initial 6 month guaranteed salary of up to \xc2\xa335,000 dependent on your level of experience whilst you build your sales pipeline. Thereafter, you will be offered a basic salary of \xc2\xa318,000 plus 1% of the office commission which is also paid monthly on top of your basic salary and taking this to \xc2\xa324,000 with a realistic \xc2\xa350,000 on target earnings. The commission structure is truly outstanding with 5% personal sales commission + 2.5% personal commission for booking the PMA (Property Market Appraisal) so if you book the PMA (so pick up the phone first) book the valuation and it comes on to the market you have already earnt 2.5% commission. You then list the property on to the market and will receive up to 10% commission. You then sell it and take 5% commission so their is potentially up to 17.5% personal commission to be earned.
