Recruiting for a Full-Time or Part-Time Property Lister and Administrator to join our office
Hours & Salary: TO BE DISCUSSED .
The role will include:
To write up property descriptions creatively, through to launching online.
Qualifying applicants.
Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries.
Managing the key cupboard, doing audits and ensuring all is in order.
Managing completions and key handovers.
Dealing with walk-in clients and providing a friendly and helpful service..
Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales process.
Liaise with vendors and landlords to ensure accurate property details and pricing.

The ideal candidate will:
Be self-motivated and able to work to tight deadlines
To write up property descriptions creatively
Excellent grammar skills
Have a great eye for detail
Have excellent written and verbal communication
Great customer service skills
Be enthusiastic and motivated
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ideally experience in a similar role, training will be provided.
