We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ERP Methods and Tools Manager to spearhead the development, continuous improvement, and management of SSGB's tools and methodologies across the scope of the organization covered by ERP. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Supply Chain strategy, ensuring that systems and tools not only align with business objectives but also drive operational excellence. This role demands strong leadership to oversee critical projects, technical expertise in ERP systems to innovate and enhance processes, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the capability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams towards achieving ambitious goals.
The ERP Process & Tools Manager will:
Ensure the correct application and compliance with procedures within the allocated scope, maintaining high standards of operational integrity.
Collaborate with area leaders to build and execute comprehensive transformation plans that drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Serve as the One Safran referent, championing the integration of Supply Chain and ERP best practices across the organization.
Update, compile, and manage key performance indicators, actively participating in the construction of actionable plans with department managers to achieve strategic goals.
Develop and optimize dashboards to effectively manage and monitor supply chain activities, providing clear insights and data-driven decision-making.
Contribute to the enhancement of training plans, versatility grids, and GPEC, ensuring that team members are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Lead the training of new ERP key users and Supply Chain Centre of Excellence teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Engage in Safran networks within the scope, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive collective success.
Conduct benchmarking and monitoring activities with other Safran Seats or group entities, ensuring alignment with industry standards and identifying opportunities for improvement.
