Due to the continuing growth of our business an exciting position has arisen for a knowledgeable ERP Consultant, within our Product Delivery team.? This role offers a unique opportunity for you to work at the forefront of digital transformation within the supply chain.

What you'll be doing...



As businesses increasingly adopt digital solutions, your expertise will be pivotal in selecting a compatible digital ERP system that drives efficiency and innovation across our clients' supply chains.

Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will serve as a subject matter expert by consulting on and delivering supply chain solutions for the Cin7/Dear and Xero ERP applications.? Leading on all aspects of the implementation life cycle, from discovery, through to onboarding, post go-live support, and maintenance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

You will be collaborating with multiple stakeholders to develop a "One Team" approach to delivery, so to strengthen valuable and meaningful client relationships, building credibility and trust, and delivering through operational excellence.

Who we're looking for...



Ideally, we're looking for someone with:

Previous ERP/MRP Stock/Inventory experience, preferably in CIN7/DEAR, MRPEasy, or similar related products. Demonstrable technical and functional ERP/MRP methodology knowledge. Experience of the Supply Chain, with a good understanding of the implementation life cycle in a Distribution and/or Manufacturing sector. Previous experience of working in a consulting position. Accounting experience, advantageous. Strong focus on customer service, with the ability to engage, build, and manage client relationships. Ability to identify and provide solutions to client's queries and set honest expectations. Strong presentation skills, as must be comfortable with hosting meetings, and delivering training with clients and team members in person and virtually. Ability to reassure, persuade, and influence stakeholders. Full driving licence?required due to regular travel to client sites to undertake scoping, training, and support to ensure successful product implementation.

Nice to have:



Experience within 1 or more of the following sectors:



E commerce, Manufacturing, Wholesale, Warehouse, Supply chain operations.

Held a role as a:



Project Manager/Lead, Solutions Consultant, Operations Manager, Implementation Lead, ERP consultant or a Business Analyst.

An interested in:



e-commerce and supply chain, consultancy, leading change, technology, problem solving, building relationships.

Worked on any of the following Systems:



Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Access dimensions, OGL, Epicor, Unleased, Cin7/Dear, Katana, Bright Pearl, Linnworks, NetSuite, Shopify, WooCommerce, Odoo, Zoho, Or similar systems
