About the role:
Location: Peterhead, Aberdeenshire
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
The Equipment Logistics Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the project delivery team with various tasks, including but not limited to; planning and forecasting of equipment, project meetings, internal/external communications, schedule updates & logistical arrangements to keep the projects running smoothly.

You'll be joining a hardworking and skilled team, who are used to working to high standards specifications of work. As part of our Rentals team, you'll be supported by our UK Head of Delivery and our projects for the UK & Europe.
And you'll be working alongside a committed and proud Motive team in the UK and globally that want to play their part in the growth of the business and support each other daily to create a positive, values driven and hard-working professional environment.
Responsibilities:
People
Adopting and promoting the Motive Offshore Group People Values and ensuring their use is embedded throughout day-to-day tasks and decision making.
Liaise with client and/or third parties as requested.
Participate in internal handover/KOMs.
Supporting and assisting Project Managers.
Communicate with procurement, manufacturing and workshops to determine delivery dates
Planet
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Identify and report any project risks and support the development of appropriate mitigation strategies.
Product
Preparing import declarations using commercial invoices and packing lists.
Planning & forecasting of equipment/logistical requirements for upcoming operations.
Maintain status of all rental equipment within company equipment utilisation system.
Liaise with operational teams to ensure timely and accurate allocation of equipment, logistic arrangements, load outs & demobilisations.
Identifying and off-hiring cross-hired equipment to suppliers.
Develop accurate customs documents, CIPL's, PO's etc.
Preparation of project specific documentation & progress reports as required.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure project adherence to established standards.
Review & maintain the accuracy of projects, scope & schedule.
Required skills / knowledge:
Good understanding of import/export regulations
Experience in freight forwarding/import/export operations
NVQ Business Administration or similar
Strong IT skills in MS office including outlook, excel and word.
Good attention to detail & ability to multi-task
Highly organised
Excellent communication skills
