This means giving everyone the opportunity to realise their potential. Furthermore, it means removing barriers to inclusion so that all voices are heard, listened to and acted upon. Team working and building relationships will be crucial to this. You\'ll collaborate and influence at all levels across the organisation to shape and champion our ED&I vision. This role is not about box-ticking or optics. It\'s about effecting real change that will have a lasting impact on our people, our customers, our communities and the wider planning sector. The role will involve the development, monitoring and review of our ED&I strategy and associated actions, designed to ensure The Planning Inspectorate staff and stakeholders engage with ED&I legislation. Relevant experience in Equality Diversity and Inclusion will be required for this role. Experience gained within local government, voluntary, faith and community sectors, or large organisations (public or private) would be acceptable.
