You will be gaining experience and helping to deliver our Training, progressive EDI activities. Mission Diverse are looking for someone to work across the service to support the delivery of our training related to EDI, engaging staff, young people, and volunteers, and working to grow the profile of our organisation. Your training support will aim to increase understanding of EDI. As a trainer, you will be crucial to administer, coordinate, and assist the EDI Manager. Core Role \xc2\xb7 A fast learner who can support our lead trainers to deliver interactive EDI related training programmes, which includes (but not limited to) EDI, Race in the Workplace, Unconscious Bias, LGBTQ Inclusion and Microaggressions Training. \xc2\xb7 Deliver training both virtually and face-to-face: via Microsoft Teams or Zoom (tech competence is an important requirement). \xc2\xb7 Create digital content in the form of blogs. \xc2\xb7 Adapt programme design to maintain a memorable online delegate experience. \xc2\xb7 Deliver face-to-face at client premises UK-wide (overnight stays may be required). \xc2\xb7 Work closely to develop sales and consult with clients regarding their EDI training, and strategy in order to scope tailormade solutions. \xc2\xb7 To contact and follow up with new, prospective, and existing clients using online client relationship management systems. The successful candidate will also have: \xc2\xb7 Creating creative and engaging learning solutions. \xc2\xb7 Business development, client account management and networking. \xc2\xb7 Create and deliver interactive training materials (from a blank sheet of paper) that smash the \xe2\x80\x98diversity & inclusion training is boring\xe2\x80\x99 myth out of the park! \xc2\xb7 Writing proposals that outline client solutions. \xc2\xb7 Proficiently use computer technology which includes Microsoft Office programs and email servers. \xc2\xb7 Data collation and analysis The Company Best Bits \xc2\xb7 20 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays \xc2\xb7 An invitation to fix their own work pattern around core business hours to support a good work-life balance.
