The EPA Operations Coordinator is a senior administrative role that is responsible for overseeing an End-Point Assessment (EPA) allocations and bookings platform in line with a set threshold and SLAs. This role includes assigning workloads to end-point assessors, booking all EPA assessments, overseeing a resit and cancellation process, whilst maintaining apprentice engagement to ensure a timely and smooth apprentice journey is at the forefront. The role also includes assigning workloads to Internal Quality Assurers (IQAs) once all assessments are complete.



This role requires someone who thrives on accuracy and a drive for perfection. This individual will be given the opportunity to work as part of a forward-thinking team and will gain invaluable hands-on experience working in a leading Awarding and End-Point Assessment Organisation.



Accuracy of diary management, time management, attention to detail, and organisational skills are key to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities



Assign workloads to EPA Assessors and IQAs in line with set SLAs. Act as a key point of contact between the Operations and EPA Delivery teams to ensure that all allocations and bookings are made according to expectations. Maintain and oversee an EPA bookings platform. Arrange and schedule EPA bookings in accordance with calendar availability. Complete daily reviews of cancelled assessments and follow a re-booking process. Complete reviews of EPA resit requests and schedule new booking dates. Oversee and facilitate a booking change request process. Actively Liaise with customers and apprentices on booking updates and change requests. Act as a liaison and quality control administrator that is focused on ensuring exam bookings are recorded and data is reviewed and accurately maintained. Actively oversee and seek ways of continuous process improvements in line with system updates, UAT testing, and company alterations. Adhere to standard-specific requirements when managing bookings. Adhere to set SLAs and processes. Have a desire for customer satisfaction, ensuring every process is completed to a high standard.

Other Responsibilities



Develop and maintain an understanding of TQUK internal processes and the wider educational landscape Maintain in-depth knowledge of TQUK products and services Ad-hoc operational admin duties, as required. Training of processes to team members

Key Requirements



Minimum grade C GCSE Maths and English or equivalent Competent with Microsoft Excel, Excel Online, and Google Sheets Excellent phone manner and customer service skills.
