Job Description
NonStop Consulting is looking to recruit a well versed Environmental Crime Officer for a UK Government department, available for remote / flexible hybrid work in Nottingham on an initial 12 months contract with possible extension to be reviewed.
This Government client is looking for an Environmental Crime Officer to work as part of a team providing the area lead on enforcement, undertake specialist enforcement including investigation, surveillance and preparation of cases to help protect and serve the environment.
Main criteria for selection:
- Experience of investigating criminal offences (for example within police force)
- Knowledge of Law enforcement legislation required i.e. PACE/CPIA/RIPA
- Investigative background (for example within a local authority, HMRC, etc.)
- Experience in exhibit handling, taking statements, etc.
- Full driving licence
