You'll start by learning the foundations of face-to-face sales, engaging with customers in residential areas, and gaining a strong understanding of the business from the ground up. What You'll Be Doing:

Learn the ropes of residential field sales, working face-to-face with customers in their homes. Represent our client's brand with confidence and professionalism. Consistently hit daily and weekly sales targets with support from your team. Deliver excellent customer service while building product knowledge. Support and mentor new team members as you progress. Assist with team training and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Take on more responsibility as you grow, including elements of team leadership and event coordination.
