What You'll Be Doing



Connect with potential customers through emails and calls, to showcase why our conferences make a difference. Build strong, trust-based relationships with delegates. Support sales campaigns, conference launches, and marketing initiatives. Keep track of conversations and leads using our CRM (don't worry -- we'll teach you). Work closely with your colleagues in the marketing team to deliver the best delegate experience. Hit (and celebrate) personal and team goals. Stay curious: continuously learn about our conferences, industry trends, and new ways to sell smarter.

What We're Looking For



Must-Haves:



Hunger to learn, grow, and win. Confident communication skills (written, phone, and in person). Positive energy and a natural knack for building connections. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Ability to manage your time and tasks effectively. Tech-savvy: willing to learn new tools and systems. High standard of English both in writing and in spoken language. We sell to high end clients so sounding right is so important to us!

Bonus Points If You Have:



Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles. Knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce, or similar. A genuine interest in conferencing and events..
