As the leading University in Wales for Graduate-Startups, USW Entrepreneurship is looking for a suitably qualified Entrepreneurship Consultant (Curriculum Development). We are seeking an ambitious, motivated and engaged employability professional who will bring their talent, knowledge and professional integrity to this newly developed role. The post holder will join (as part of ), an engaged and vibrant team providing support to USW staff to embed employability in the curriculum and support students and graduates to plan and achieve their career or self-employment ambitions.
You will be required to demonstrate credibility, knowledge and skills in relation to entrepreneurship, enterprise, careers and employability consultancy, that is evidenced based, and data informed. As well as an appreciation of the barriers that students and graduates face to achieving high-skilled self-employment outcomes. We are proud to be an inclusive, values-based and achieving team.
This position is based at the Treforest Campus, University of South Wales with frequent travel required to the USW Cardiff Campus and Newport Campus locations, as well as sector links and networks.
The post is full time, fixed term, until March 31st 2025.
The university is currently operating a hybrid-model of working. However, the successful candidate would be expected to work on campus for most of the week.
