Job Description


A unique opportunity has arisen for an Entity Controller to join a high-performing team. The successful candidate will play a significant role in financial operations, assuring accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

  • The external reporting of a portfolio of legal entities in the EMEA/CALA /APAC regions, ensuring all financial, tax and regulatory deadlines are achieved.
  • The preparation of statutory financial statements, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the information presented.
  • Ensuring externally disclosed financial information complies with legal, regulatory, accounting and business requirements, presents the results clearly and accurately, and is relevant and beneficial to our clients interests.
  • Managing and liaising with external auditors to ensure that cost effective and efficient statutory audits are achieved.
  • Building relationships with, and the management of external accountancy outsourcers to ensure the accuracy and integrity of locally held ledgers.
  • Building relationships with and collaborating with directors, auditors and colleagues in other functions both in the UK and overseas.
  • Providing guidance to other internal organisations (e.g., Tax & Legal) on the development and interpretations of financial results and to lead process improvement efforts.

  • Recently qualified accountant - (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • A good working knowledge of international financial reporting

  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Forward thinking and organised approach to their own work, project management
  • Ability to demonstrate self-motivation.
  • Ability to work as part of a large team, forging good relationships, and to communicate effectively.
