Functional Skills English and Maths lecturers
Variable hours. Classes are delivered at a range of venues across the borough.
Hourly rate \xc2\xa325.75 - \xc2\xa335.01 per hour (\xc2\xa324,350 - \xc2\xa333,100 Pro rata including London Allowance)
Waltham Forest Adult Learning Service is the local authority\'s direct provider of adult education and work-based training. We are looking for an experienced and qualified Functional Skills English and Maths lecturers.
You will have the ability to:
- plan and deliver high quality teaching and learning sessions appropriate to adult learners from a variety of cultural and educational backgrounds
- develop effective teaching materials of a high standard and appropriate to the needs of learners
- evaluate and track learner progress and assess learners\' work for accreditation
- use ICT and e-learning in teaching, course planning and administration
