FS English and Maths Tutor

Location - Cheltenham

Hourly rate - 30/hour

Do you have experience in teaching English and Maths to students, a degree with a teaching or English/Maths element you would like to put to good use or skills in working with secondary or post 16 children? Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity as a private tutor or career outside of the school setting with excellent rates of pay and the ability to manage your own diary and workload?

EB Education Services are currently looking for an excellent tutor to provide Functional Skills English and Maths support for a Year 12 student in Cheltenham. It's an exciting time to join EB Education as the company is in its eighth year of business and enjoying great levels of growth whilst ensuring that it provides first rate support in helping everybody achieve even better.

The successful candidate ideally will have a proven track record and experience of supporting students with maths and preparing students for exams. This position is to start as soon as possible. You will need an enhanced DBS; if you do not hold one, we can apply for this on your behalf.

The desired criteria for these positions are:

- Valid UK Driving Licence and access to your own car

- UK Qualified Teacher Status, or a relevant Degree/Experience in teaching.

- An aspiration to make a difference

- Patience to overcome barriers to learning

- A passion for teaching and ensuring that every student is supported in their learning
