Supporting our drive to innovative test solutions, maximising automation Championing team performance and development Management of schedule adherence and cost control Lifecycle, risk and opportunity management Lead stakeholder project reviews Support across the bid lifecycle Pro-active sub-contractor management

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:


Experience of working in an engineering environment Experience of equipment design Educated to degree level or equivalent working experience Proven team leader or management background Solutions provider who has a thinking outside the box approach

The Electronic Systems team:

As an Engineering Team Leader, you will be working as part of an integrated project team developing innovative Test Equipment solutions using the latest technology, where we welcome new ideas and approaches and supporting the program, repairs and aftermarket service.
