Engineering Project Manager

Lorien Engineering Solutions specialises in capital projects in FMCG, life sciences, advanced manufacturing and logistics. The company is headquartered in Burton-upon-Trent, with international offices in Poland and South Africa. About the role

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a further Project Manager to join our team; to be responsible for delivery of projects on time, to a high quality and within the specified budget.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll plan, manage and monitor the design, specification, procurement and construction phases of the multi-disciplined engineering projects in liaison with Lorien project teams, client personnel and trade suppliers and contractors. You\xe2\x80\x99ll act as the project lead and manage all interfaces between technical, operational and senior management work streams.

What we need

Already an Engineering Project Manager, or a Senior Project Engineer seeking career progression, with a background in FMCG or other manufacturing industries. You\xe2\x80\x99ll hold a professional engineering qualification, have relevant industry experience, be target driven and comfortable liaising with contractors and the Board Room alike.

The role requires a committed approach to delivering projects within capital, time, quality and legislative parameters, together with excellent inter-personal skills and proven team working experience.

The role will involve travel to client sites both in the UK and overseas. This is a hybrid role which will require visits to our Head Office in Burton Upon Trent.
