Are you a Engineering or Process Engineering Manager with experience in a volume manufacturing or production environment? Are you looking for an exciting long term role within a global manufacturing company offering first class training and development, bonuses and excellent progression opportunities?

Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a process engineering manager to join and manage their expanding team of process engineers at their state of the art facility near Stourport-On-Severn. You will be joining a world renowned manufacturing company currently employing over 300 staff on this site alone. My client operates over multiple sites, world wide specialising in scientifically developed metal products and materials using cutting edge technology. This site in particular expanding at a rapid rate due to investment.

The successful applicant will be managing an expanding team of 7 engineers within the facility as well as overseeing / liaising with the quality team. You will be given full backing to put your own stamp on the position, working under the site manager this is a great autonomous, long term challenge on offer. You will play a key role in designing, developing and executing a continuous improvement plans and strategy, using LEAN tools and techniques to improve overall staff and equipment performance.

The Role:
*Managing the Process Engineering Team
*Improving and reviewing engineering plans and performance
*Helping to grow the team during a busy expansion period

The Candidate:
*Experience within a volume manufacturing environment is desired
*Experience working to ISO9001 or IATF 16949
*A commutable distance from Stourport-On-Severn or able to relocate
