Engineering Manager
We\'re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join our dynamic software development team. In this role, the Engineering Manager will lead a team of talented software engineers to develop, maintain, and improve our innovative Integrated cloud email security products.. You will be responsible for people management, efficient process implementation, delivering projects successfully, driving product-oriented thinking, and leading a technical team through having a solid understanding of our tech stack and architecture.
Responsibilities:
Foster a growth-oriented environment, work with engineers to create individual career development plans, and offer regular feedback.
Streamline development processes, maintain adherence to company policies, conduct retrospectives, and improve team velocity.
Ensure successful delivery of projects by managing resources, maintaining team focus, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and learning from each project.
Engage actively in product strategy discussions, drive understanding of customer needs in the team, and foster strong collaboration with the Product Management team.
Maintain a strong understanding of our technology stack and architecture, promote technical excellence within the team, and balance technical debt against new features.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Team Lead in a software development environment.
Strong people management skills and the ability to lead and inspire.
Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies and familiarity with the software development life cycle.
Knowledge of software architecture principles.
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects successfully and manage resources effectively.
Ability to think from a product perspective and engage in product strategy discussions.
Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
