We are currently recruiting a Centres of Excellence (CoE) Engineering Manager to join our global account team.
Within the role, you will be primarily responsible for the strategic development and implementation of best-in-class protocols to provide engineering governance, operational risk and compliance oversight to ensure the Operational IFM teams deliver consistent building maintenance in the pursuant of 100% Critical Engineering Uptime and safety within the clients EMEA regional portfolio.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
\xc2\xa7 Standard setting for inspection and audit protocols. Oversee and manage periodic internal reviews and audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed. Manage Technical Engineering assessment procedures on all existing and added client portfolios
\xc2\xa7 Reviews and establishes procedure playbooks that demonstrate performance is being delivered consistently. Ensure compliant document management and engineering design. Accurate, consistent, compliant, and certified operational procedures for all identified high risk activities
\xc2\xa7 Provide appropriate response to technical issues, including scoping of works, pro-active planning, solutioning and technical advice to the client
\xc2\xa7 Oversight of the RAMS procedures ensuring all critical work efforts in critical facilities are accurate and consistently documented, duly authorised and accurately administered. Use professional judgement and expertise to stop any planned work which do not comply with risk and safety requirements
\xc2\xa7 Lead and independently manage Root Cause Analysis ensuring all Critical Impact incidents are thoroughly investigated and the findings and mitigating measures documented, disseminating lessons learned procedures to the wider Operational IFM and Project teams wherever deemed necessary
\xc2\xa7 Oversight of regional Testing/Powerdown schedules, providing technical evaluation of switching schedules and safe systems of work where necessary
\xc2\xa7 Support operational analysis of all engineering related performance metrics (KPIs)
\xc2\xa7 Where applicable oversight and management of an annual Engineering Infrastructure, Design Gap Analysis at all sites
\xc2\xa7 Contribute to and support CBRE and client related ESG and SaW objectives. Work with operational teams to design, monitor, measure and assess effectiveness of initiatives
\xc2\xa7 Collaborate and work across the Centres of Excellence (CoE) function providing expertise and advice
