Job Description

Location: Washington





Building and assigning engineer kits from stock for new recruits

Controlling stock levels for replenishment Replenishing engineer PPE/consumable requests Ordering and assigning of phones/tablets
Monitoring van stock levels and usage

Demonstrate high standards of work practices and safety conscious behaviour Checking in returning kits from leavers Leasing with Payroll to release funds for returned kits

Uniform ordering and assigning


Recalibration of engineer meters


Undergo any training and development as required and complete any online training courses when assigned through Pacifica's Learning Hub.


Run daily reports of all parts scheduled to be returned from the field engineers.


Parts which have not been returned by the field within the allotted return time are proactively chased to ensure arrival and processing at the NDC.


Carrying out any other duties as can reasonably be requested by Site Operations Manager

Computer literate


Satisfactory DBS


Ability to work as reasonably required by the business.





Experience and Skills



Has or willing to work towards relevant health and safety qualifications.


Willing to work towards other qualifications as required by the business.


Good understanding of Quality Control, measures and procedures.


Professional in their approach to dealing with issues and employees.


Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail and a methodical approach.

Up to date reporting on Engineer kits both in stock and field including spend


Up to date reporting on Phonestablets both in stock and field including spend


Up to date reporting on PPE/Consumables both in stock and field including spend


Ensuring market value is being met for all purchasing
