Industry-leading compensation package: Base salary of between 25,000-30,000 (DoE) + uncapped commission + monthly bonuses + daily and weekly incentives. Realistic OTE of 70,000+ first year.

Job Role:
As an Energy Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to existing and new SME customers. You'll be helping small to medium size businesses secure a better deal on their energy contracts, using a consultative approach to help them with a wide range of options to meet their needs.

About you:
We're looking for a self-starter with a winning attitude, who is driven, motivated and consistently meets targets. You'll have a passion for finding new business and building relationships with your clients and have the strategic discipline to grow your portfolio through proactive customer engagement.
What we're looking for:
. 2 years B2B sales experience
Proven sales experience in a consultative sales environment
Energy sector experience (Not essential but preferred; full training provided)
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills - professional and articulate
Ability to work under pressure when needed and achieve sales targets
Ability to manage your own workload and pipeline
Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, professional environment
Driven character, who is enthusiastic and passionate
Self-motivated, with a drive and passion for success
