Catch 22 are working alongside one of our large, global clients from within the Telecommunications industry on the search for an Energy Compliance Manager to join their office in Greenwich, London.

Your responsibilities as Energy Compliance Manager include:

• Developing an action plan for the delivery of the energy saving agenda
• Full appreciation of the Impacts and Aspect register and implications for the site
• Proposing funding models and approaches to minimize the capital investment required on energy saving activities (Salix etc.)
• Reporting and producing data, dashboards and presentations on progress and targets.
• Leading energy saving programs and site wide communication activities to highlight the agenda
• Working with the capital delivery team to ensure proposals have energy reduction at the heart of all projects.
• Developing and proposing an energy saving capital program aligned to the facilities team asset replacement plans.
• Overseeing the auditing cycle and ensuring teams are appropriately prepared and ready for external/internal audits.
• Keeping a regular review and status check in place for the delivery of action plans, statutory compliance and ongoing audit close out
• Regular review of facilities procedures and risk assessments to ensure they remain up to and in date
• Induction of contractors where required
• Checking RAM/H&S documentation where required for visiting contractors
• Arranging contractors\' visits
• Supporting monthly/weekly reporting
• Communication with stakeholders/arranging access
