Supporting a diverse client base-landowners, developers, funders, and investors, the team provides specialist legal guidance across the energy and infrastructure sectors..Specializing in end-to-end legal support, the team advises on projects ranging from offshore wind farms to EV charging infrastructure, ensuring clients receive timely and strategic guidance.Key Responsibilities:Property Transactions & Advisory: Advise on land acquisition, leases, wayleaves, easements, and project structuring for energy and infrastructure developments.Project Support & Risk Management: Collaborate with developers, investors, and public authorities to ensure compliance with property law and mitigate risks.Stakeholder Engagement & Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulators, and industry bodies.Business Development & Market Growth: Contribute to tenders, proposals, and marketing initiatives to expand the firms energy and infrastructure practice.Collaboration & Leadership: Work cross-functionally with planning, corporate, and environmental teams while mentoring junior lawyers and sharing industry knowledge.Requirements:Qualified lawyer in England & Wales with proven experience in energy and/or major infrastructure property work.Strong academic background with excellent technical and commercial awareness.Proactive team player with a strong client-first mindset.Demonstrated ability in business development and relationship management.
