A Chambers listed, Legal 500 law firm with three offices in the Thames Valley is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join the current team in either Wokingham or Reading.
The department on the whole deal with:
- Settlement (Compromise) Agreements
- Contracts and Policies
- Disciplinaries and Dismissals
- Disputes and Tribunal Claims
- Employment Status, IR35 and Related Issues
- Redundancy and Restructuring
- TUPE
You will pick up an existing caseload of predominantly non-contentious Claimant matters, of which the work will be focused around:
- Drafting settlement agreements
- Advising employers upon issues of TUPE
- Advising employees and employers on redundancy, performance and disciplinary issues
The firm is well established and highly regarded due to the high levels of service, expertise and quality provided to its property clients.
You will be required to have excellent IT and organisational skills and be able to use a Case Management System.
