Rahman Lowe Solicitors is a specialist employment law firm based in Canary Wharf, London. We are ranked as a Leading Firm for employment law in Chambers & Partners and the Legal 500.
We act for both employers and employees and deal with a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters. Our employer clients include companies from a variety of sectors. The majority of our employee clients are directors, senior executives, professionals (including solicitors, bankers, accountants, management consultants, doctors and nurses within the NHS) and managers.
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic senior solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join our growing and entrepreneurial firm to meet client demands and to help develop the practice further. The role will suit an ambitious solicitor who thrives on complex work, values client care and wants to make a real impact.
The ideal candidate will:
Have excellent academic credentials and a passion for employment law; Ideally have at least 5 years' PQE; Have solid experience of dealing with both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination claims; Conduct their own caseload with autonomy, and assist other team members with complex claims; Have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, be confident and articulate; Be commercially aware and have a 'can and will do' attitude; Have excellent team working, organisational and time management skills; Actively manage and develop client relationships; Be passionate about business development and participate in seminars, webinars and firm-wide marketing.
Details:
Location: Canary Wharf, London; Working hours: Monday - Friday (full time or part time) Salary: competitive and dependent on experience.

Pay: 60,000.00-80,000.00 per year
