The Role




An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Routes to Work service to support residents with disabilities to transition into paid employment. You will complete vocational profiling, job matching, marketing, training and monitoring with a package of support utilising Access to Work, if required.


As Employment Officer you will be part of a growing team making a real difference to people's lives. We are looking for passionate, and committed individuals who are able to engage with residents in addition to working in partnership with Parent/Carers, and Businesses that support young people such as Careers Guidance, Leaving Care Team, JCP and our post 16 education providers.


About You




A passionate and tenacious individual who is positive about inclusion for all in the workplace, you will work with residents and businesses to foster positive working relationships and achieve paid employment outcomes.


You will have a strong knowledge of Supported Employment & Training in Systematic Instruction.


Ensuring accurate record keeping at all times.
