Employment Lawyer Central London office are seeking a new Employment Lawyer to join their respected employment team. The Role The Employment Lawyer can expect to be involved in both respondent and claimant work including:
- Litigation
- Contracts of Employment
- Handbooks and policies
- Grievance and disciplinary proceedings
- Unfair dismissal
- Redundancies
- TUPE
- Discrimination and harassment
- Strong background and experience in Employment law
- NQ-2PQE
- Excellent technical ability
- The ability to mentor others within the team
- The desire to be active in business development initiatives
