Employment Relations Advisor

Monday - Friday (Days / 37 hours per week)

6 Month Contract (immediate start)

\xc2\xa323.16 - 28.02 per hour (Inside IR35)

Borough, London (Hybrid working available after period of time in office)

Immediately available opportunity on offer for a Employee Relations Advisor on a days based, 6 month contract role with the potential to be extended where you will be working for one the UK\'s leading NHS Trusts.

As a member of the Employee Relationship Team you will act as the focal point for managers on all employee relations matters. Providing detailed advice and guidance to managers on the interpretation of Trust policies and procedures and employment legislation. Advise on all employee relations cases, i.e. Disciplinary, Grievance, Capability and Sickness.

As a member of the Employee Relations Team, you will be providing an expert corporate employee relations advisory service to the Trusts Managers, modelled extensively around e-access and e-tools, that ensure the Trust becomes and remains an employer and provider of choice.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Employee Relations Advisor looking for a new challenge where you will be working for one off the UK\'s leading NHS Trusts on an immediately available, long term, days based contract role where you will have the option of remote working after a period of time is completed within the office.

The Role:

  • Support the Employee Relations helpline rota and take calls and e-mails to advise line managers on a range of employee relations queries.
  • Working autonomously, manage a mixed case load of Disciplinary, Performance, Grievance and complex sickness absence cases, plus any other relevant employee relations case work as determined by the Employee Relations Manager
  • Supporting Managers in providing professional advice at formal hearings investigation meetings and sickness advisory meetings
The Person:
  • Prior experience working within a Employee Relations or similar role
  • Looking for a immediately available, weekdays, long term contract role for the NHS
