Immediately available opportunity on offer for a Employee Relations Advisor on a days based, 6 month contract role with the potential to be extended where you will be working for one the UK\'s leading NHS Trusts.
As a member of the Employee Relationship Team you will act as the focal point for managers on all employee relations matters. Providing detailed advice and guidance to managers on the interpretation of Trust policies and procedures and employment legislation. Advise on all employee relations cases, i.e. Disciplinary, Grievance, Capability and Sickness.
As a member of the Employee Relations Team, you will be providing an expert corporate employee relations advisory service to the Trusts Managers, modelled extensively around e-access and e-tools, that ensure the Trust becomes and remains an employer and provider of choice.
