We're looking for an experienced, dynamic, and creative

Employer Branding Lead

to champion and deliver compelling branding strategies for our global clients. In this client-facing role, you'll lead innovative employer brand initiatives across diverse industries, combining storytelling, marketing know-how, and event expertise to build authentic and impactful experiences.

Whilst employer branding remains the central focus of this role

, you will also take ownership of key marketing and event functions--managing social media (especially LinkedIn), overseeing our website, CRM, personal branding initiatives, press activity, and executing high-profile events and product launches.

Key Responsibilities:



Employer Branding (Client-Facing)



Lead end-to-end employer branding projects for global clients, from discovery and strategy through to activation and measurement. Partner with People & Culture, TA, marketing, internal comms and other stakeholders to craft authentic employer value propositions and bring them to life via Employer Brand campaigns. Deliver creative multi-channel campaigns that resonate across cultures and industries. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting ideas, workshops, and strategic solutions with confidence and clarity. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and videographers to produce engaging content.

Marketing & Digital Presence



Own and evolve our company website, ensuring messaging and user experience are aligned with brand goals. Manage and grow our social media presence (especially LinkedIn), ensuring content is consistent, valuable, and engaging. Develop and support personal branding strategies for leadership and key internal stakeholders. Work with sales and business development teams to keep our CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Campaign Monitor) aligned with marketing goals. Select and enter industry awards for Chapter 2 and our clients.

Events & Launches



Plan and execute high-impact events--including industry conferences, employer branding showcases, and client workshops. Lead or support global product and service launches from a marketing and brand perspective. Work closely with our PR agency to coordinate press outreach, media relations, and coverage around key announcements and events.

Skills & Experience



3+ years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or brand communications--agency or client-side. Proven ability to lead and deliver complex, multi-stakeholder projects for international clients. Strong understanding of employer branding strategy and EVP development. Exceptional communication and presentation skills--both written and verbal. Experience with social media strategy (especially LinkedIn), content creation, and digital marketing. Proficient in managing websites, CRM systems, and event planning tools. Creative mindset with a strong eye for design, content, and storytelling.
