WHAT WE OFFER CNH Industrial is seeking candidates to join our EMEA AGRICULTURAL ROTATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM, with the unique opportunity to rotate through different departments within our AG EMEA New Holland , Case IH, Commercial Services, Network Development, Parts, Dealer/Customer Support, Precision Technology organizations, during a 2-year program, gaining a broad understanding and experience of how our teams work together to support our business, while exploring potential future career paths. This is a cross\xe2\x80\x93functional opportunity, with a structured path comprehensive of placement, training opportunities, cross fertilization meetings (quarterly) and project management direct experience. The program will take place in the UK and is structured as two, 12 -month rotations. Each rotation supports the candidate to build a strong foundation of skills, enhance cross-functional awareness , networking and knowledge sharing among participants, connecting with our culture beliefs (One Team \xe2\x80\x93 Grow Together), exposure opportunities within the Ag organization. The following are just a sample (not exhaustive) of possible ROTATION positions:

• Customer Relations Mgmt specialist
• Dealer Mgmt System specialist
• Field Marketing support specialist
• Sales support specialist (wholegoods or parts or precision tech)
• Communication support specialist (wholegoods or parts or precision tech)
• Product Marketing Specialist (wholegoods or parts or precision tech)
• Business Intelligence and Data Analyst support
• E-Commerce support
• Service support

The selected candidate will join CNH Industrial with a paid internship. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master of Bachelor degree Economy , Engineering and Finance
• PC skills and proficiency with spreadsheet programs (e.g. Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good command in English (spoken and written) is essential; any other European language is a plus
• Willingness to learn and open minded
• Passionate for AG business , a plus direct knowledge of some of our products
• Flexibility in all its faces.
