Summary

As a Manager at Wessex Clothing, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the print production process from initial enquiry to fulfilment, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are met. This position is essential for maintaining our reputation as a leader in custom clothing solutions.

Responsibilities

Manage the entire print and embroidery production process from order receipt to final delivery. Ensure quality control measures are implemented throughout the sales and production process. Oversee inventory management and coordinate with production staff for timely fulfillment. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the best materials are used. Train and supervise staff on printing techniques and equipment operation. Lead on Customer Service and sales Ad-hoc marketing and aftersales duties

Requirements

Proven experience in garment printing and embroidery management including sales or a closely related field. Strong understanding of printing and embroidery techniques and processes. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills for liaising with clients and team members. Proficient in vector based design programs such as Corel draw and experience in setting up vinyl, screen prints, design previews etc. Knowledge of Microsoft package for invoicing, emails etc.
You will lead a small team of print and embroidery staff and oversee sales, procurement and customer service. you will report directly to the business directors, but have a huge amount of autonomy to run the business how you see fit.
