Salary - up to \xc2\xa328,000 + performance bonus

As a member of our team, you\'ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients receive top-notch support while contributing to the enhancement of our web-based platforms.

As a Customer Service Specialist with a background in basic web development or a similar creative digital background, you\'ll be the bridge between our clients and our digital offerings. Your personable approach and strong communication skills will be key in providing assistance to clients, addressing their inquiries, and guiding them through their platforms.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and resolving their queries.
  • Utilize your basic web development skills to be creative and provide timely solutions.
  • Collaborate with the development team to communicate client feedback and contribute to platform enhancements.
  • Demonstrate a self-starting attitude and take initiative in identifying opportunities to enhance customer experiences.
  • Work remotely for the majority of the time, with a weekly visit to our vibrant office to connect with the team.
Requirements

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role
  • Background in basic web development, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or similar digital creative interest (photoshop etc)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a personable approach to customer interactions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for the healthcare industry and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
