This is a full-time role, based out of the London office in Hammersmith, 4 days a week.
What You Will You Do
Responsible for operating the email production process within Salesforce Marketing Cloud content builder & assisting in production processes outside of this (i.e. with assistance from agency teams).
Assist the wider team where necessary with content strategy planning, creative strategy & delivery, test and learn activations, campaign targeting, campaign data selections, performance reporting & agency support.
Responsible for creating basic build emails within templates in Content Builder (Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionality). The Co-ordinator will create multiple email campaigns per month (x6 markets) with knowledge of HTML preferred but not essential (ideally willing to learn).
Daily usage of the JIRA project management platform, liaison with central CRM teams, working with the HTML build agency, communication with wider Disney Store team including creative, trading, planning & wider marketing functions.
Assist with the campaign planning process and communication calendar.
Ensure that email briefs from local markets are completed correctly with full details on data selections and targeting in line with best practice.
Assist in reviewing campaign performance, including results of A/B testing.
Works closely with colleagues across the business and markets to improve performance, share results and consider innovative new approaches to ways of working.
Champion continuous improvement of email process against benchmarks to drive performance.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Previous digital marketing experience preferable
Retail experience preferable
Passion to learn email best practices, methodologies, techniques and tools
Computer literate: working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential
Self-starter with strong organisational skills
Ability to respond promptly and professionally to business requests or inquiries, seeking guidance as appropriate.
Demonstrable expertise in project management with the ability to keep on top of a busy workload
Skilled in working with different internal teams and senior stakeholders
