As a

Precision Metal Coatings/Finishing Operator

, you will play a critical role in delivering top-tier quality coatings for our customers. This is your opportunity to:

Learn and develop new technical skills, both practical and process-oriented, such as record keeping and reading engineering drawings. Join a highly respected team and company that is an integral part of the East of England manufacturing base.

After 6 months, we expect you to be able to:

Unpack and inspect parts for finish and damage (incoming). Read and follow process instructions from a route card (and drawings) to defined standards/specifications. Produce high-quality work in a timely manner, with a clear understanding of the process and your role as part of a team. Inspect finished parts and pack them for delivery. Maintain accurate records throughout the process.
This role involves physical tasks, including moderate lifting and carrying, and working in a production environment. Previous experience in an engineering, production, or factory setting would be an advantage.

Monday - Thursday: 7am to 5pm One Friday in four: 8am to 12pm
