The client I am representing are pushing the boundaries with what you can do with switch-mode power supplies and their Power Electronics Engineers and SMPS Designers are regarded as some of the best in Europe. This is an opportunity for a Power Electronics Engineer to join their progressive and successful development team in Barnstaple, Devon.

What are they looking for?

They have four teams of engineers developing a variety of power supplies and this vacancy is in their specialist power supply design team, where they design power supplies from 100w up to 20kw.

They are looking for a Power Electronics Engineer with experience in the leading the technical aspects of designing Switch Mode Power Supplies. They have an ambitious schedule for introduction of their new range of power supplies and the successful applicant will be working in a dynamic and friendly team environment, focused on delivery of these products to manufacturing and the marketplace. The technologies they are using are state of the art and their technical performance is key to their continuing success.
