Job Description

Coda Octopus Martech Limited, based at Osprey Quay Portland, near Weymouth, Dorset, has a requirement for experienced electronic/electro-mechanical technicians and wiremen, to join its multi-disciplined production team.

We are interested to hear from skilled and experienced production technicians as well as semi-skilled technicians and wiremen with a background in electronic production, looking to develop their career.

Working on a diverse range of projects for high profile customers in the Defence and Aerospace and Sub-sea industries, our technicians and engineers need to be flexible, adaptable and motivated. Successful applicants will have appropriate training and qualifications plus several years' experience in an electronic/electro-mechanical manufacturing or service and repair environment.

Candidates should have experience in SOME of the following:

Production and Manufacturing

Electro-mechanical assembly Cable assembly Wiring and crimping (essential) Box-build and looming Soldering (essential) PCB assembly Mechanical fitting System testing Service and repair
As well as a demonstrable practical aptitude, enthusiasm, flexibility and an ability to adapt and learn on the job and are of equal importance.
