Key Responsibilities



Master Through-Hole Soldering:

Perform through-hole soldering and re-work to

IPC J-STD-001 standards

, ensuring top-tier quality in all products.

Operate Specialized Equipment:

Safely and efficiently use soldering irons, cable wire cutting machines, PCB separators, pneumatic screwdrivers, and more.

Collaborate Effectively:

Work closely with production, purchasing, and R&D teams to bring innovative designs to life.

Uphold Quality Standards:

Pay meticulous attention to detail, maintaining the company's commitment to excellence.

Adapt and Innovate:

Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities shift to meet exciting new challenges.

Leverage Basic PC Skills:

Use Microsoft Office for data entry, emails, and accessing build manuals and quality documentation.

Essential Soldering Expertise:

Proficiency in through-hole soldering is critical for this role. Exceptional hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and spatial awareness. Strong commitment to detail and quality. Flexibility and adaptability to respond to shifting priorities. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. A proactive attitude and a passion for technology and problem-solving.

Salary 26,000 - 31,000 depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 26,000.00-31,000.00 per year
