As part of the Solar team, you will have the opportunity to;
Ensure projects are delivered in line with technical and design requirements, whilst maintaining our Forster Standards and customer expectations
Support the Design and Construction teams with technical queries
Ensure Health and Safety considerations are accounted for during project delivery
As an Appointed Person, assist with audits including MCS (NICEIC) and Select
Assist Construction team during completion inspections, performance checks and testing
Progress in this role, which is part practical and part developmental.

Fully qualified Electrician to 18th Edition an advantage
Approved status desirable but not essential. Transition to Approved status can be supported.
BS2391 qualification desirable but not essential
Electrical Energy Storage Systems training desirable but not essential
Ability to perform system inspection, testing, commissioning and handover to BS 7671.
Excellent knowledge of wiring regulations and certification within domestic, commercial and industrial installations
Ability to perform system inspection, testing, commissioning and handover to BS 7671. BS2391 qualification desirable but not essential
Experience in the Solar PV sector, including practical knowledge of modules, inverters, DC wiring and monitoring systems
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and electrical schematics
Full valid UK driving licence
