The Role
We are looking for experienced Electricians with the capability to undertake a wide range of electrical works, from commercial and industrial installations to domestic rewires, including within social housing environments. The role offers the opportunity to work across diverse settings, including secure sectors such as military bases and prisons.
Key Responsibilities
As an Electrician at Sacx, your duties will include:
Electrical works in secure environments (military bases, prisons)
Domestic installations and rewires (including remedial works in social housing)
Large commercial fit-outs
Generator installations
LV switchgear installations
Large SWA (Steel Wire Armoured) cabling and containment works
LED upgrades
Commercial Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and remedial works
Small repairs and maintenance
About You
We are seeking candidates who are reliable, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Essential:
Full UK Manual Driving Licence (held for at least 12 months, maximum of 6 penalty points)
Approved Electrician ECS Gold Card
NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 2360/2330 Part 1 & 2 qualifications
City & Guilds 18th Edition qualification
Understanding of Health & Safety regulations
Willingness to travel and stay away as required (occasional)
Ability to pass a DBS/Security Check
Desirable:
City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification
IPAF and PASMA certifications
