Electrical/Mechanical service Engineer for Hoists and Mastclimbers

Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience

Location: Gamlingay depot

An international access provider, with operations in UK, Ireland and UAE. Brogan Group is a leading access specialist offering clients the design, supply and erection of scaffolding, mast climbers and hoists on major construction sites.

The role:

Servicing, maintenance and fault finding of Mastclimbers & Hoists. Reporting to Hoist Service department. To ensure prompt and accurate completion of associated paperwork, Recording findings and/or material requirements accordingly. To identify worn and faulty components and parts in order to maintain the highest levels of equipment and reliability. To work to the highest standard and in full compliance with statutory legislation.

The person:

Must have electrical and mechanical background and experience in fault finding. The ability to read and understand manuals and electrical drawings. Positive can do attitude to work in a fast paced enviroment. Good communication skills with both customer and service department. Would be beneficial to have experience with mastclimbers/hoists or lifts/elevators in building. Preferably will hold current qualifications, such as City & Guilds / BTEC National Diploma / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a mechanical discipline specifically.
