About the role....

You will be responsible for the site management and monitoring of trades employees and contractors undertaking minor, major and complex capital works across both council and private properties. You will also assume site management duties across other projects when required within the service.





Examples of the workload would include: domestic rewire schemes, commercial rewires, lighting schemes, new installations etc.





You will manage a team of highly trained trades to deliver works within the councils building portfolio to ensure compliance and high-quality service throughout. You will monitor and deliver the capital asset management strategy to the councils' buildings using a highly skilled internal workforce and sub-contractors to deliver projects on time, budget and to the highest quality.
