LOCATION: OUR HEAD OFFICE IN SWANSEA MARINA Our rapidly expanding, multi-award winning, energy efficiency company is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Electrical Quality Supervisor to join our team. THIS POSITION WILL LEAD TO A MANAGERS POSITION. As an Electrical Quality Supervisor you will be responsible for working closely with the project team to ensure successful completion of various electrical projects. You will play a critical role in ensuring the projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the exact specifications required. Duties and Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Report to the Operations Manager on matters in relation to the performance of Electrical installation and maintenance projects. \xc2\xb7 Ensure correct systems are in place to ensure the highest quality of workmanship is carried out by the team of multi skilled operatives. and electricians. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that all work meets the requirements of health and safety and CDM regulations. \xc2\xb7 Supervising and overseeing the direction of the projects, ensuring that specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with management and installers as required to monitor and report on findings . \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of all electrical systems in domestic and commercial settings. \xc2\xb7 Understand and manage the inspection, testing, verification, certification and reporting procedures for the range of electrical work undertaken. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that test equipment, documentation and records are available for inspection when required. \xc2\xb7 Work as part of a team as and when required to complete installation and maintenance projects. Qualifications & Experience \xc2\xb7 Experience of working in the Construction Industry or similar. \xc2\xb7 NVQ level 3 electrical installation / ECS gold card \xc2\xb7 Understand the Electricity at Work Regulations, current edition of BS7671, the Codes of Practice and guidance documents. \xc2\xb7 City & Guilds / 2395 /2391 Level 3 Award in Initial Verification & Certification of Electrical Installations or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 Understand the inspection, testing, verification, certification and reporting procedures for the range of electrical work undertaken by the company. \xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational and communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel etc. This is an opportunity not to be missed, please apply within for further information.
