Electrical Project Engineer
Job Description
FINTEC recruit is recruiting for our marine client for an Electrical Project Engineer based in central Edinburgh. The Electrical Engineer will be part of our dedicated Renewable Energy Projects Team, flexible hybrid working arrangements. There will be travel to various sites across Scotland to complete projects, company vehicles provided and accommodation arranged by the company on visits. Responsibilities:
- Surveying and evaluating electrical installations.
- Electrical Systems integration and working with the commissioning team
- Completing reports and contract documentation.
- Collaborating closely with the Projects Team and Team Leader.
- Using Autocad (2D) for project planning and produce 2d Drawings.
- Managing electrical DC systems.
- HND or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, craft apprenticeship
- Experience of electrical fixed installations.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD drawings (2D) and electrical DC systems.
- An understanding of DC and large battery storage systems useful
