Your role

The job incumbent reports directly to their respective Engineering Coordinators and indirectly to the site Maintenance Manager. They will be required to work independently as required and have a good working relationship with production management and operators, and willing to give technical advice to production when required.

To train new starts in the business, and to assist with the development of Apprentices at the different stages of their education.

To assist the Engineering Stores Manager in keeping stock up-to-date and advise on any changes in the specific parts required.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need

• Time/Skill served Electrician with a minimum of 4 years Industrial Experience

• Experience within food processing industry

• Previous experience of managing/leading a team

• IT literate

• Must be able to diagnose/solve problems

• Ability to organise/prioritise workload

• Able to work on own using initiative
