Reporting to Operations Manager you will be responsible for supporting our qualified Electrical team throughout installations and conversions
The role will incorporate new installations, upgrades, repairs and decommissioning.
Your work will be to a high standard with a high degree of accuracy employing a right first-time philosophy
Responsibilities
Support Installations of electrical systems on to vehicles, trailers etc
Follow engineering drawings
Follow manufactures installation instructions
Identify correct cable sizing and fusing
Use crimping tools, wire stripers etc correctly
Operate power tools correctly
Undertake electrical Repairs
Completed work to the highest standard
Identify and raising quality issues
Adheres to Health & Safety regulations
Daily cleans, tidies and organises all areas of the workshop
Minimum 40 hours per week
Overtime as required
Over night stays, weekend work, evening work as required
Any other work as requested by management that they deem suitable
