Whether you're experienced in industrial environments like UKPN, National Grid, SPEN, or just starting out in your journey and eager to learn -- we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing

Installing and maintaining cable containment systems (tray, ladder etc.) Gladding, terminating & testing SWA cables Control panel wiring and electrical fault-finding Supporting HV/LV installations & maintenance Working closely with engineers and project teams to deliver excellence Promoting and maintaining a strong health & safety culture Reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics Supporting national projects -- travel is part of the adventure!

What We're Looking For

We're open on experience -- if you're reliable, eager to grow, and love solving problems, we're listening. Some skills that would help you hit the ground running:

Experience in an electrical improver role or relevant industry knowledge Understanding of safe systems of work within substations Confidence using tools, interpreting drawings, and working independently or as part of a team Relevant certs like EUSR, Confined Space, IPAF, PASMA are a bonus Any DNO or HV experience? That's a big plus!
