The Role

Employer: Dunhams Ltd

Job title: Electrical Improver

Location: East London

Working Times: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

Salary: 28,600k per annum OTE 35,000k per annum DOE with overtime/emergency call out

Equipment provided: Company Van (Full, Clean UK Driving Licence essential), Fuel Card, Purchase Card, Uniform, Samsung Tablet

Our Expectations

Responsive Maintenance:

Carry out electrical compliancy including EICR's, EICR remedial works including (consumer unit replacements), emergency lighting, day to day reactive repairs and full rewires

High Standard of Workmanship:

Ensuring that the work carried out meets high-quality standards is a key part of the job.

Timeliness and Productivity:

Completing tasks efficiently and on schedule is important, as these services aim to keep properties in good condition without causing long delays.

Customer Service:

As you'll be working in homes or around tenants, providing friendly, professional, flexible and helpful service is crucial for maintaining good relationships with clients and residents.

Your Skills and Experience

Working knowledge of electrical systems to conduct maintenance, fault-finding, and diagnostics on existing systems. Experience of working on planned maintenance and reactive emergency works within the Local Authority/Social Housing sector is highly valuable in this role. Working towards or completed NVQ L3 in Electrical Installations A clean, full UK Driving Licence
